Chinese Orchestra has a long history for three thousand years which includes more than two hundreds types of musical instruments. Instruments can be subdivided in to three categories: String Instruments, Wind Instruments, and Percussion Instruments.

For now, the common set of Chinese Orchestra instruments is Yangqin, Erhu, Zheng, Yueqin, Pipa, Di, etc.
