Candy & Coconut Wrap was initiated to be a folk snack at Qin dynasty. In
1940-1950s, the farm generation, people made use of sucrose to do
desserts. One of them was the Candy of Candy & Coconut Wrap.
That sugar was complete in a special process; first is to melt sucrose
and cool it down, then make it as a long rectangle hollow strip form,
and finally cut into pieces.
Wrapping the sugar and shredded coconut into cake flour. A good smell,
crispy, delicious Candy & Coconut Wrap is finished. |
