Sugar Blowing is a Chinese traditional folk art and snack, also named as Sugar Painting and Sugar Sculpture. Sugar can be blown into solid or hollow form.

And the procedures are; first, melt the maltose at 40 degree Celsius, then use hands with glutinous rice powder to pinch as a big water drop and pull a pipe from the water drop¡¦s tail. Finally, blow into the pipe to pinch the shape of water drop.

For now, this art and snack normally appears in food industry.
